【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddescribesthemethodfortheanalysisofmassfractionsoftheimpuritiesAl,B,Ca,Cr,Cu,Fe,Mg,Ni,Ti,VandZrinpowder-andgrain-shapedsiliconcarbideofceramicrawandbasicmaterials.Thisapplicationcanalsobeextendedtoothermetallicelementsandothersimilarnon-metallicpowder-andgrain-shapedmaterialssuchascarbides,nitrides,graphite,carbonblacks,cokes,carbon,aswellasanumberoffurtheroxidicrawandbasicmaterialsafterappropriatetesting.Thistestingprocedureisapplicabletomassfractionsoftheimpuritiesmentionedabovefromapproximately1mg/kguptoapproximately3000mg/kg,afterverification.Insomecasesitmaybepossibletoextendtherangeupto5000mg/kgdependingonelement,wavelength,arcparameter,andsampleweight.
