【摘要】:ThisTechnicalSpecificationdefines,forthepurposeofensuringcompatibilitybetweenrollingstockandtrackcircuitsthelimitsforconductedinterferencefromrollingstockandthemeasurementmethodforverifyingconformityofrollingstocktotheselimits.TheinterferencelimitsareonlyapplicabletointeroperablerollingstockwhichisintendedtorunonlinesexclusivelyequippedwithpreferredtrackcircuitlistedinthisTechnicalSpecification.NationalNotifiedTechnicalRulesarestilltobeusedinallcases,wherethelineoverwhichtherollingstockisintendedtorunisequippedwithanytypeofolderversionornon-preferredtrackcircuitsthatarenotlistedinthisTechnicalSpecification.However,therollingstocktestmethodology(infrastructureconditions,testconfigurations,operationalconditions,etc.)presentedinthisTechnicalSpecificationisalsoapplicabletoestablishcompatibilitywithnon-preferredtrackcircuits.ThisTechnicalSpecificationgivesguidanceonthederivationofinterferencecurrentlimitsspecifiedforrollingstockanddefinesmeasurementmethodsandevaluationcriteria.ThisTechnicalSpecificationdefines?asetofinterferencecurrentlimitsforRST(RollingStock)applicableforeachofthefollowingtypesoftractionsystem:-DC(750V,1,5kVand3kV);-16,7HzAC;-50HzAC.?methodologyforthedemonstrationofcompatibilitybetweenrollingstockandtrackcircuits,?measurementmethodtoverifyinterferencecurrentlimitsandevaluationcriteria.NOTE1ThebasicparametersoftrackcircuitsassociatedwiththeinterferencecurrentlimitsforRSTarenotinthescopeofthisTechnicalSpecification.NOTE2Anyphenomenalinkedtotractionpowersupplyandassociatedprotection(overvoltage,short-circuitcurrent,under-andover-voltageifregenerativebrakesareused)ispartofthetrackcircuitdesignandoutsidethescopeofthisTechnicalSpecification.
