【摘要】:Thistype2IECtechnicalreportappliestoinsulatorsetscomprisingstringinsulatorunitsofceramicmaterial,glassorcompositematerialforuseona.c.overheadlinesandtractionlineswithanominalvoltageabove1000Vandafrequencybetween15Hzand100Hz.Thistechnicalreportalsoappliestoinsulatorsetsofsimilardesignusedinsubstations.Thistechnicalreportestablishesastandardtestprocedureforpowerarctestsoninsulatorsets.Thistechnicalreportdoesnotapplytoinsulatorsetsmountedonnon-metallicpolesortowers.Theobjectofthistechnicalreportis:-todefinethetermsused;-toprescribeastandardtestprocedure;-toprescribecriteriatoevaluatetheresultsofthetests.Powerarctestsarenotanobligatoryelementoflineinsulatorspecifications.Thestandardtestprocedureandtheevaluationcriteriadescribedinthisreportareintendedtoprovidetestingguidancewhenpowerarctestsarefelttobenecessary.Itisnottheobjectofthisreporttointroduceageneralobligationtoexecutethesetests.Asthetestprocedureinthistechnicalreportisintendedtosimulateconditionsencounteredinservice,attentionisdrawntothefactthatitisnotpossibletoextrapolatethebehaviourofaninsulatorsetofagivenlengthtothatofaninsulatorsetofdifferentlengthorequippedwithfittingsofdifferentdesignormaterials.Inparticular,theconceptoftestingashortstandardstringcannotbeusedtodeterminethebehaviourofacompleteinsulatorset.Thetestproceduredescribedinthistechnicalreportconsistsoftwopossibleseriesofpowerarcapplicationsatdifferentcurrentlevelsandofdifferentduration.Thistestprocedureisintendedtocoverfaultcurrentconditionsoccurringatrepresentativepointsalongaline.Thetestprocedureisalsointendedtoreproducepollution-inducedpowerarcflashover,whichcreatesthemostsevereconditions.
