【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardprovidesguidelinesdescribingtheadhesivebondingqualityrequirementssuitableforusebymanufacturersutilizingadhesivebondingasameansoffabrication.Inparticular,theguidelinesdefinevariousapproachestomeetingqualityrequirementsforfabricationandreportingprocedures,bothinworkshopsandonsite.Theseguidelinesaimtoconveytheimportanceofmaintainingqualitystandardsinfabricationandreportingprocedures,keepingrecordsandthusenablingdocumentationtoprovidethebasisforriskevaluationofadhesivelybondedstructuresinserviceandinuse.Theseguidelineshavebeenpreparedsuchthat:a)theyareindependentofthetypeofadhesivelybondedstructure;b)theyareindependentofadhesivemanufacturers'andsuppliers'productrecommendations;c)theydefinethequalityrequirementsforadhesivebondingintermsoffabricationandreportingprocedures,bothinworkshopsandonsite;d)theymaybeusedasthebasisforriskevaluationofadhesivelybondedstructuresinserviceandinuse;e)theymaybeusedasabasisforassessingafabricator'scapabilitytoproduceadhesivelybondedstructuresfulfillingspecifiedqualityrequirementswhentheyaredetailedinoneormoreofthefollowing:—acontractbetweenthepartiesinvolved,—anapplicationstandard,—aregulatorystatement.TheguidelinescontainedwithinthisInternationalStandardmaybeadoptedinfullorselectivelychosenbythemanufacturertosuitthestructureconcerned.Theguidelinesprovideaflexibleframeworkforthecontrolofadhesivebondingactivitiesinthefollowingcases:Case1TheprovisionofspecificrequirementsforadhesivebondingincontractswhichrequirethemanufacturertohaveaqualitysystemotherthanISO9001.Case2Theprovisionofspecificrequirementsforadhesivebondingasguidancetoamanufacturerdevelopingaqualitysystem.Case3Theprovisionofspecificrequirementsforreferencesinapplicationstandardswhichusesadhesivebondingaspartofitsrequirementsorinacontractbetweenrelevantparties.Case4Theprovisionofaframeworkforfabricationandreportingprocedurestoaqualitystandard,suitableinparticularasabasisfortheriskevaluationofadhesivelybondedstructures.
