【摘要】:ThisTechnicalSpecificationdefinestheprocedurestofulfilthequalityrequirementsanddescribesmeasurestoensureadequateconfidencethatthebiofuelspecificationisfulfilled.ThisTechnicalSpecificationcoversthewholechain,fromsupplyofrawmaterialstopointofdeliverytotheend-user.Accordingtothemandategivenforthestandardisationwork,thescopeoftheTechnicalCommittee(TC335)onlyincludessolidbiofuelsoriginatingfromthefollowingsources:-productsfromagricultureandforestry;-vegetablewastefromagricultureandforestry;-vegetablewastefromthefoodprocessingindustry;-woodwaste,withtheexceptionofwoodwastewhichmaycontainhalogenatedorganiccompoundsorheavymetalasaresultoftreatmentwithwoodpreservativesorcoating,andwhichincludesinparticularsuchwoodwasteoriginatedfromconstructionanddemolitionwaste;-fibrousvegetablewastefromvirginpulpproductionandfromtheproductionofpaperfrompulp,ifitiscoincineratedattheplaceofproductionandheatgeneratedisrecovered;-corkwaste.NOTE1:ThequalityassurancesystemsappliedtotheoperationofconversionplantsfuelledbysolidbiofuelsareoutsidethescopeofthisTechnicalSpecification.NOTE2:Health,safetyandenvironmentalissuesforsolidbiofuelsareimportantandneedspecialattention,howeverareoutsidethescopeofthisTechnicalSpecification.NOTE3:Fortheavoidanceofdoubt,demolitionwoodisnotincludedinthescopeofthisTechnicalSpecification.Demolitionwoodisdefinedas“usedwoodarisingfromdemolitionofbuildingsorcivilengineeringinstallations”(CEN/TS14588).
