【摘要】:ISO11402:2004specifiesthreemethodsfordeterminingthefree-formaldehydecontentinthefollowing:Phenolicresins,bypotentiometrictitrationinaqueousororganicsolution(hydroxylaminehydrochlorideprocedure).Themethodisapplicabletoresinswithfree-formaldehydecontentsuptoandincluding15%bymass.Forfree-formaldehydecontentsbetween15%bymassand30%bymass,itmaybenecessarytoadjusttheconcentrationsofthestandardvolumetricsolutionsusedaccordingly.Aminoresinsandfuranresins(sulfiteprocedure).Themethodisapplicabletoresinsresultingfromthepolycondensationofureaandmelaminewithformaldehydeandtofuranresinsresultingfromthepolycondensationoffurfurylalcoholwithformaldehydewithoutfurthermodification.Condensationresins(KCNprocedure),includingurearesins,furanresins,melamineresinsandphenolicresins,aswellascombinationsandmodificationsoftheseresins.ThepurposeofthisInternationalStandardistoestablishrecognizedandusefuldeterminationprocedures(forinstanceinordertocheckwhetherofficialregulationsonthehandlingofhazardousworkplacematerialsareobserved).Thefree-formaldehydecontentdeterminedinformaldehydecondensationresinsusingthisInternationalStandardrepresentstheactualcontentatthetimeofthedetermination.Thevaluebearsnoquantitativerelationshiptothefree-formaldehydecontentduringorafterprocessing.
